INTRODUCTION
Heavy-duty cast iron construction. Table has multiple
pre-drilled slots and holes for easy mounting of most
bench grinders from 6 to 10 in. Easily anchors to floor
for stability and safety. Adjustable tool tray.

1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was
designed for a specific function. Do not modify or
alter this tool or use it for an unintended purpose.
2. Operate in a safe work environment.
3. Do not operate any tool when tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medications.
4. Always wear impact safety goggles that provide
front and side protection for the eyes (CSA Z94.3-
07 or ANSI Z87.1).
5. This pedestal stand must be anchored to the floor.
Do not use if unable to anchor in a secure manner.

6. The weight of the assembled grinder and the
material being ground must not exceed the weight
capacity.
a. Make allowances for dynamic loading during
grinding. This can increase the force applied
against the grinding table and exceed the
weight capacity.

ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION
WARNING! Confirm that the chosen location to anchor the
pedestal stand has no hidden power lines or pipes to avoid an
injury during installation.
1. Anchor the base (D) with concrete anchors. Pre-drill
holes in the concrete to match the opening in each
base foot.
a. Rubber feet or a rubber mat may be placed
beneath the base to reduce vibrations.
2. Insert the pedestal column (C) into the base. Insert 3
bolts (E) into the side of the base and tighten with a
wrench until the column is secure and will not move.
3. Slide the tool tray (B) down the pedestal column until it
is at a comfortable height. Secure in place with a bolt
(E) and lightly tighten with a wrench. The tool tray may
be repositioned later if desired.
4. Place the table (A) on top of the column and position for
use. Secure with 2 bolts (E) and tighten with a wrench.
Position the bolt for easy access, so the table may be
repositioned with the installed grinder.
5. Install the bench grinder by aligning the tool's bolt holes
with the slots in the table. Secure the grinder with bolts
and washers (not included). Consult the grinder's user
manual for any additional instructions.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good
condition is efficient, easier to control and will have
fewer problems.
2. Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or
replace damaged or worn components. Only use
identical replacement parts when servicing.
WARNING! Only qualified service personnel should repair
the tool. An improperly repaired tool may present a hazard
to the user and/or others.
