Handi-lift EA9 3 Step by step 3.1 Installation of cable for upper and lower ramp Install the cable in the ball head and in the bracket on the frame, as shown on the photos. 3.2 Installation of cable on lifts with side-access-ramp Install the cable in the ball head (bend the cable in approx. - Page 6 Handi-lift EA9 Turn the bracket 180°. Install the cable in the bracket and pull the cable as far down as possible. Adjust the lower lock nut, so it is situated 3 mm below the bracket. Push the cable up against the bracket and fasten the upper lock nut.
