Modifying Serial Port Parameters

Sometimes, we need to change the serial baud rate to higher in order to save upgrading time, or to
lower to guarantee transmission reliability. This section depicts how to adjust serial baud rate.
Enter <2> under the main BootROM menu to enter the serial submenu. Then, enter <5>, and the
system prompts to change serial baud rate.

Press 'Enter' to exit with things untouched.

| <1> 9600(Default)
| <2> 19200
| <3> 38400
| <4> 57600
| <5> 115200
| <6> Exit

Enter Your Choice(1-6):
Select a baud rate, <5> for 115200 bps for example. The following prompt appears:
Change the baudrate on PC side first!
Since the router serial baud rate is modified to 115200 bps, whereas the terminal baud rate remains to
be 9600 bps, they can not communicate with each other. Change the baud rate of your terminal to the
same as that for software download.
Perform the following operation:

Click [File/Properties], and press <Configure...> to change baud rate to 115200 bps:
