INSTALLATION 1. Install the wheel on the base. Next, Insert the pin into the base. - Page 5 2. Install the handle onto the bracket. Tighten all the screws on the bracket to secure the handle.
- Page 6 3.Install the brake on the round shaft of the base. Next, Insert the pin to securely fix the brake.
- Page 7 4.Attach the two ends of the spring onto the brake and the base respectively by hanging it between them using the pins (as illustrated). 5.Place the turntable onto the strapping cart.
- Page 8 6. Spin the turntable the so that the holes align with the holes on the base.
- Page 9 7.Align the holes of the round iron sheet and the round iron block (see picture). Insert the screws through the holes on the sheet and block. Place the sheet and block onto the round shaft and slide it down so that it touches the turntable. Secure the four screws into the base.
- Page 10 8.Put the PET belt on the turntable. NOTICE: If the PET is fixed with a rope, please cut the rope after installing the second turntable. 9. Cut the rope on the strap and insert one end of the strapping into the brake.
- Page 11 10. When using, pull the belt up together with the brake rod, and then pull out the packing belt. If the strap is lowered, it will be held in place so that it cannot be pulled out.

INSTALLATION 1. Montieren Sie das Rad an der Basis. Stecken Sie anschließend den Stift in die Basis. - Page 15 2. Befestigen Sie den Griff an der Halterung. Ziehen Sie alle Schrauben an der Halterung fest, um den Griff zu sichern.
- Page 16 3.Montieren Sie die Bremse an der runden Welle der Basis. Setzen Sie anschließend den Stift ein, um die Bremse sicher zu fixieren.
- Page 17 4. Befestigen Sie die beiden Enden der Feder an der Bremse bzw. der Basis, indem Sie sie mit den Stiften dazwischen hängen (wie abgebildet). 5. Stellen Sie den Drehteller auf den Umreifungswagen.
- Page 18 6. Drehen Sie den Drehteller so, dass die Löcher mit den Löchern in der Basis übereinstimmen.
- Page 19 7. Richten Sie die Löcher des runden Eisenblechs und des runden Eisenblocks aus (siehe Abbildung). Führen Sie die Schrauben durch die Löcher im Blech und Block ein. Legen Sie die Platte und den Block auf die runde Welle und schieben Sie sie nach unten, bis sie den Drehteller berühren.
- Page 20 8. Legen Sie das PET-Band auf den Drehteller. Hinweis: Wenn das PET mit einem Seil befestigt ist, schneiden Sie bitte das Seil nach der Installation des zweiten Drehtellers ab. 9. Schneiden Sie das Seil am Gurt durch und führen Sie ein Ende des Gurtes in die Bremse ein.
- Page 21 10. Ziehen Sie bei der Verwendung den Gurt zusammen mit der Bremsstange nach oben und ziehen Sie dann den Packgurt heraus. Wenn der Gurt abgesenkt wird, wird er an Ort und Stelle gehalten, so dass er nicht herausgezogen werden kann.
