    II. Precaution Read Before First Use Thank you for buying Auto Tape Dispenser model ZCUT-2. Please read this Instruction Manual carefully. For your safety, keep this Instruction Manual for reference and troubleshooting. Warning 1) Make sure the POWER SWITCH is "OFF" when you set the tape.

    III. How to Set the Bobbin 1)Make sure the POWER SWITCH is off. 2)Choose the right size Bobbin(69) for the tape to be used on the machine. Note: Internal diameter has 3 options, 25mm(1”), 32mm(1.5”) and 75mm(3”). Outside diameter is up to 130mm. 3)Load the tape on the bobbin and make sure it feeds from the top of the roll.

    IV. How to Set the Tape Make sure the POWER SWITCH is off. Open the safety cover(14). Move the Arm Frame(42) by swing the Manual Lever(66) from one side to the other side repeatedly. 3) Set the position of the blades until as if they are going to “bite” the carousel.

    Press the Start Switch(2) in the center of the carousel. The cut pieces of tape will be distributed to half the carousel. Before you begin production with the ZCUT-2, test the process by cutting a few pieces of tapes and make sure they are the desired length.

    VII. How to Replace and Adjust the Blades The blades are consumable, and they will eventually worn out. If it happens, please replace a new one. The staying power of blades are based on the tape's quality, material, thickness which you are using. WARNING: The blades are very sharp.

    How to Install the New Blade The new blades are installed by reversing the instructions used to remove the blades. It is important that when reinstalling the blades, the lower blade and the arm frame must be firmly installed. How to Adjust the Upper Blade 1.
