- Page 3 III. Operating Instructions I. Gar 1. Mount the Hanger Shaft onto the machine. Install one Core Insert onto the Hanger Shaft, and then install the label roll onto the Core Insert with the labels facing out. 3. Install the Rubber Washer so that it holds the Core Insert against the roll.
- Page 4 5. Gently adjust the position of the black rubber on the Label Guide rod. Note that it is important to exercise care on this step; too much force may cause the label to tear. 6. Point the sensor towards the desired label stop position. You can either pivot the sensor on the shaft, or rotate the metal bracket, or both.

Gar This machine is suitable for self-adhesive labels, barcode labels, security labels, packaging labels, anti-counterfeit labels, hot stamping stickers, stickers, printing patterns, chrome paper, and many more! It is not suitable for clear labels, translucent labels, or labels with a perforation line. It is not recommended to choose this machine if the release liner of your label is thick, hard, or easily broken.
