Do not place the wireless outdoor sensor on the ground or in direct sunlight. Do not place the sensor or weather
station in a strong electromagnetic field.

Open the battery compartment on the back of the outdoor sensor and insert the batteries. Make sure to observe
the polarity.
After inserting the batteries, all icons on the display will briefly light up and start detecting indoor and outdoor
temperature and humidity.

The receiver starts to establish a connection with the outdoor sensor. This operation takes about 3 minutes and is
indicated by the flashing RF antenna symbol in the OUT area of the display.

Once the receiver establishes a connection with the outdoor sensor, it enters radio time control mode.
