    A copy of the user manual should be readily available.This manual may include features that are not included for your bed. Any service work outside of the preventative care table in this manual should be done by a ProSun authorized technician. Use only long forks on the fork lift and only lift on the correct openings. Do not double stack. This symbol indicates that the items shall not be vertically stacked, either because of the nature of the transport packaging or because of the nature of the items themselves.

    ProSun does not assume any liability if there is non- compliance outside of the intended sale territories of the United States or Canada. The exporter assumes their own risk by removing this equipment outside of the United States or Canada.

    Coordinate with ProSun installation department to set up delivery and installation details. In a commercial setting an external timer is required. ProSun recommends to use this accesory (T-Max Flushmount G2). Ventillation: The equipment must always have proper ventilation.
  • Page 10 Each should be inspected to ensure that no wires have been grounded or are left open. ProSun certified technicians are not responsible for the final installation of the electrical system, the electrical contractor or his designee should be present to make the final electrical connection upon completion of the installation of the equipment.

    L3200 Commissioning of the equipment The equipment is initially commissioned by a certified ProSun technician. The equipment will be properly assembled and handed over ready for us. In order to properly commission the equipment, the business owner must ensure that the location is ready prior to the equipment being installed.

You will need a buck booster if voltage requirements are not met. Service personnel should be authorized by ProSun to perform work on equipment and should have knowledge of equipment and read the full manual.

    L3200 Connecting Equipment to External Timer (T-Max Timers are sold Separated) OPTION 1 Connecting T-Max system to the unit using the Wall Mount Enclosure In the Case that you have to install the T-max systems using the wall mount enclosure follow these steps.
  • Page 19 L3200 2. Attach the T-max 3W Flush mount to the Wall mount enclosure using the screw that comes with your T-max. 2.1. Remove the POWER cable, using a small flat head screw driver 2.2. Separate the T-max Face plate from the internal frame.

    L3200 OPTION 2 Cables for T-max had been run trough the wall and the T-max is already connected. 5. In the Case that all the Cables (RJ-2, J3 Contact and EXT Start), had been previously run inside the walls and the T-max is already install you will need to follow this steps. 5.1.1.

    L3200 Before your Session Check for any conditions mentioned in the manual that may prevent you from using the equipment. Make-up and cosmetics Do not wear make-up when using the equipment. Remove all make-up prior to session. Make-up clogs the pores in your face. Jewelery Remove all jewelery prior to use, including piercings.

    Non-approved cleaning agents should not be used, especially products including lysoform, ethyl alcohol or other liquids containing alcohol. If used the warranty will be voided! ProSun® recommends the use of Lucasol One Step when cleaning acrylic sheets. Acrylics in equipment are extremely porous and should not be cleaned/disinfected with non-approved products.

    L3200 Operation of Equipment Obligations of the business operator • All danger and safety labels should be attached to the equipment and clearly visible to the user. You should not remove these labels at any time! • No safety equipment ( i.e. temperature sensors) may be removed, deactivated or otherwise bypassed from the equipment, as it can cause safety issues and impair the proper functioning of the equipment.

    L3200 Normal Equipment Operation and software Operating Modes: There are 4 different operating modes for this equipment. Standby Mode: The bed is in an idle state, it is connected to the power but is currently not in use. The lamps in the unit are not turned on at this time.
  • Page 28 L3200 In Session Mode The following description is for a unit that has all possible features, some of these features may not be available for your unit or market. Starting the session The session will automatically begin after the external timer delay time has expired. During the preset delay time the session can be started by manually pressing the START button (2)on the control panel, thereby overriding the delay time.

    Waste of electrical and electronic equipment must be disposed as unsorted municipal waste. It must be collected separately, and must be disposed as per local regulations. Contact ProSun International or an authorized representative for information concerning the decommissioning of your equipment.

The machine is set up for standard use with an external timer or a coinbox. If the machine must function without the external timer or coinbox, i.e.

The equipment will pause when the “stop” button is pressed once. If stop is pressed more than once, the equipment will remain paused.

    L3200 Reading the hour counters and software To be able to read teh hour counter for the lamp hours, press the HIDDEN button and DECREASE body cooling button at the same time. The number that shows up multiplied by 10 is the total hours on your lamps. Press the HIDDEN button to exit.

    To be able to read the hour counter for the lights, press the “hidden button” and “decrease body cooling” button simultaneously. WARNING: If one of these error messages appears on your display, you must stop using the unit immediately and contact ProSun. WARNING!

    L3200 Lucasol 4-Step Cleaning Process wipe. bed is now sanitized. spray & wait 60 seconds. STEP 1 STEP 2 After use, spray the bed with Lucasol TM Wipe the bed surface to remove Lucasol TM and any lotion residue. The disinfeectant and sit for 60 seconds to kill 99.99% of bacteria, fungus, and virus.

    L3200 Replacing the Lamps Remove acrylics before replacing lamps. Lamp replacement: Holding the lamp at both ends, turn it counter-clockwise until the bi-pins can slide easily out of the lamp holder socket, and slowly take it out of the unit. Clicks will be heard as the socket incrementally rotates.

    What is covered: During the Limited Warranty period as specified below, PROSUN will be repair or replace any defective system or components found to be defective, at PROSUN’s sole discretion. Prior to making any repairs, the owner must provide PROSUN with information requested and perform basic troubleshooting.
