Changing the playing speed (pitch)
The playing speed (pitch) can be adjusted using the pitch slider.
The key adjust function makes it possible to keep the key constant,
regardless of the playing speed (pitch).
Press and immediately release the
RANGE
button.
The pitch range switches as follows each time the
button is pressed: Pitch off
±6 %
±16 %
±100 %
Pitch off.
b The PITCH LED lights in all cases, except when the pitch mode
is turned off. The "KEY ADJ. " indicator lights when the key adjust
mode is on.
The playing speed is adjusted when the pitch slider is
moved.

Changing the playing speed (pitch) temporarily
The pitch bend function can be used to change the playing speed
temporarily. The DN-S3700 includes two pitch bend functions using
PITCH BEND
the
buttons and the Vinyl disc.

turning during playback

button has been
pressed to set the classic Vinyl mode
to "BEND/SEARCH".
The playing speed changes.
Relay playback
Relay playback is possible when two DN-S3700s are connected by
D-LINK.

When press the
/
button for over 1 second, the relay
play mode is set.
In the single play mode, when the end of the track is
reached, the standby mode is set at the next track and
playback starts on the other DN-S3700.
In the continuous play mode, playback starts on the
other DN-S3700 once the last track is played.
When the relay play mode on two DN-S3700s is used,
playback is performed alternately on the two DN-
S3700s.
Power on playback
When "PRESET" – "(22) Power on Play" (vpage 27)
is selected and the power is turned on with a disc loaded,
playback starts from the first track on the disc.
NOTE
If no disc is loaded, playback will not start when the power is turned
on, even if "Power on Play" is set to "ON" .
