1. saFEty
Always load evenly with the centre of gravity of the load as near the centre and rear of the plate as possible.

obtain additional support for large or wide loads to prevent tipping.

DO nOt overload the truck - see Specification.

DO nOt leave unattended, especially when loaded, unless the wheels are chocked or the truck is otherwise secured.

DO nOt use truck on uneven ground and do not run over curbs or steps - use a ramp.

DO nOt use the truck if any part is damaged, paying particular attention to the wheels.

2. intrODuctiOn
Tubular steel framework with heavy-duty pneumatic wheels. Use as a traditional sack
truck or in a horizontal position. Quick and easy conversion between different
configurations.

4. assEMbly
4.1. WHEEls.
4.1.1. ensure each axle is clean from dust and dirt to allow free movement of the wheel. You will
need to slide the axle through the frame bushes first.
4.1.2. Slide the wheel (1.2) onto the axle (1.1), followed by the washer (1.3) and complete by pushing the
split pin (1.4) through the hole in the end of the axle and bending over to retain.
4.1.3. Repeat for the other side.
4.2. castOr WHEEls.
4.2.1. Bolt the two castor wheels to the flat cross member at the other end of the frame (see Fig.2&3).
4.2.2. Insert the threaded stub through the hole, place the flat washer provided over the
threaded stub followed by the split spring washer and retaining nut. Tighten both nuts.
4.3. HanDlE. (to assemble in sack truck configuration)
4.3.1. Fully insert the loop handle into the main frame tubes as shown.
4.3.2. Retain in place by inserting an 'R' clip through each tube as shown in Fig.2. ensure that the clip is
on the back of the frame away from the loading surface. It may be necessary to lift the handle very
slightly to get the holes in the handle tube to align with the holes in the frame tubes.
4.4. HanDlE. (to assemble as a flat bed truck configuration)
4.4.1. Firstly remove the 'R' clips from the main frame tubes and withdraw the loop handle.
4.4.2. lay the frame horizontal and insert the loop handle into the short length tube above the castors as
shown in fig.3.
4.4.3. Retain in place by inserting an 'R' clip through each tube as shown in Fig.3. It may be necessary to lift the handle very slightly to get the
holes in the handle tube to align with the holes in the short length tubes.
