SAFETY INSTRUCTION Please read the matters carefully, if not follow this prompt, it is possible to cause operator injury during operation. 1.1 Battery operation Environmental protection: 1) Please do not put used batteries into household trash can, waste water tank, or burn them. 2) Dealers provide battery environmental treatment services. - Page 4 1.3 Operation Personnel who are not properly trained are not allowed to operate the strapping tool. Before straining straps read and correctly understand the operating instructions. If you do not follow the operating instructions or improperly load the straps, it will cause straps damaged.

Please use the special tool for shearing the straps. It is not allowed to use a hammer, pliers, hacksaw, axes and so on.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS 2.1 Description This machine comes with dual working modes: manual and auto. The auto mode can make users enjoy a way of one-touch operating, which is more convenient. It has its max tension power at 3200N, 9 grades can be adjusted by digital display operation. To use other accessories may hurt you and others. 3.1 Battery powered strapping tool As some strapping tools may use NiCd (nickel cadmium) or NiMH (nickel metal hydride) batteries, please purchase the battery for this tool according to the following parameters. -

OPERATING ELEMENTS Semi-auto mode and auto mode： This machine has 2 working modes: semi-auto mode and auto mode. How to make mode conversion? Just press the friction button 2 and tension force 1 button at the same time and when the indicator flashes alternately, the mode conversion is done. -

OPERATION 5.1 Installation Do not leave strapping tool batteries in the rain or water. * For safety reasons the battery is delivered uncharged and separated from the device, please follow the instructions for assembly. * Remove the battery by pressing the battery Clip Snap with your thumb and extracting it upwards or by releasing the Clip Snap after loading the battery. - Page 12 5.2 Machine Operation： ① Maunal mode： Step 1 Wrap and stack the straps： Please wrap the straps in the way as shown and do not allow the straps to get wet with oil or other debris at any time. Step 2 inserts the straps into strapping tool: When inserting the straps, the straps in the direction of tension must be stacked at the top end, the bottom strapping should be stretched to the bottom of the feeding wheel to cover the front of...
- Page 13 Step 3 Tighten or feeding in the straps: When you press the tension button 1 and release it, the strapping tool will give you the default preset tightening time. Adjust the pulling force value: Button F can be used to adjust the pulling force value.
- Page 14 Step 4 Welding the straps: After pressing friction the button 2, the strapping tool automatically seals and cuts the straps(the time is preset by the system and can be increased or decreased adjust the friction time grade). Step 5 Move away the strapping tool: When the bonding operation is complete, lift the handle and feeding wheel run reversely to loose the straps accordingly and then move away the strapping tool.

- Page 17 5.3 Adhesion control Correct adhesion: Weld the entire width of strap, the welding length is about 19 mm. A small amount of molten plastic is allowed to overflow the edge. Welding time is too short: The entire width is not welded and the adhesion is insufficient. WARNING! Straps with insufficient welding must be removed.
