Common Error Messages

1. Right-click the My Computer icon and select Properties.

2. Click the Device Manager tab in the System Properties window.

3. Click the plus sign next to your backup device type to expand the tree, then

double-click your backup device.

4. Click the Settings tab in the Properties window.

5. Uncheck the High speed burst transfers option and click OK.

6. Restart your computer.
