Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so. Step 2: Assembly of the Rail Connecting Set Assemble the rail connecting set (2) to the main frame/tank unit (1) with one screw (106) and one screw (109). Use the Allen key (112). Step 3: Assembly of the Front Stabilizer Turn the tank unit (1) over.

Step 4: Connecting the Rail to the Tank Unit Align the rail. Assemble the rail (5) to the side of the rail connecting set (2) with four screws (103). Assemble the rail (5) to the rail connecting set (2) from below with four screws (104).
Step 6: Alignment of the feet If the floor is uneven, you can stabilize the equipment by turning the two setting screws under the main frame. Lift the equipment on the desired side and rotate the setting screws under the main frame. Rotate the screws clockwise in order to lower the equipment.
2.5.1 Fill and empty the tank ⚠ CAUTION The water inside the tank must not be drunk and must be disposed of after use. ࣑ ATTENTION Fill the tank only with tap water. Do not use distilled water. Do not fill the water tank above the maximum capacity, this may void the warranty. The maximum filling quantity can be found in the section on the water level in this chapter.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS NOTICE Familiarise yourself with all the functions and setting options of the device before starting training. Have the proper use of this product explained to you by a specialist. Always start your training with low intensity and increase evenly and gently. End your training with a cool-down phase.
Press the MODE button until SCAN is displayed. All parameters are now displayed at SCAN 6-second intervals: TIME > DIST > CALORIES > COUNT > T-CNT > PULSE Display of the training time TIME Press the MODE button until TIME appears. Wireless Technology and fitness apps This console is equipped with a wireless technology interface. To use training apps you will have to connect your equipment with your mobile device (tablet or smart phone). To do this, please activate the wireless technology function on your mobile device. Now choose your equipment. Please take note that your mobile device needs to be compatible with the wireless technology interface of the rowing machine.
Workout tips When training, it is important to perform the exercises correctly in order to avoid injuries and achieve the desired training effect. Make sure you use the correct technique and train at an appropriate intensity level. Always consult an expert such as a trainer or doctor if you are unsure or have health problems.
