Personal Safety ⚠ DANGER Before you start using the equipment, you should consult your physician that this type of exercise is suitable for you from a health perspective. Particularly aff ected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.
⚠ CAUTION Be aware that if adjustment devices are left protruding, they may impede the user’s movement. ATTENTION Do not insert any objects of any kind into the openings of the device. To protect the equipment from use by unauthorised third parties, always remove the power cable (if existing) when not in use and store it in a safe place that is inaccessible to unauthorised persons (e.g.
Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.
ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suff ocation for children. Scope of Delivery The scope of delivery consist of the following parts. At the beginning, check whether all parts and tools belonging to the device are included in the scope of delivery and whether damage has occurred. Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fi t properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so.

Step 2: Assembling the Seat and the Slide Rail Mount the seat (18) to the seat post (7) using four fl at washers (66) and four bolts (15). Tighten the bolts with the tool. Mount the seat post (7) to the sliding beam (60) by pulling out the rotary knob on the seat post and allowing it to engage in one of the holes in the sliding beam (60).

Step 3: Mounting the Seat and Covers Mount the sliding beam (60) to the main frame (1) using two fl at washers (66) and two bolts (55) (Fig. A) and two square neck bolts (56), two fl at washers (66), two spring washers (11), two cup nuts (12) (Fig.

Step 4: Mounting the Console Mast and the Backrest Connect the cable (41) of the handlebar post tube (10) to the cable (88) of the main frame (1). Connect the cable (46) of the handlebar post tube (10) and the cable (47) of the main frame (1). ATTENTION Pay attention to not pinch the cables during the next step.

Step 5: Mounting the Pedals and Hand Pulse Sensors ⚠ CAUTION Make sure to screw in the pedals completely. Mount the left and right pedal (20L & 20R) on the crank arms (39L & 39R). Mount the bottle holder (3) to the handlebar post tube (10) with two bolts (4). Mount the handlebar set (5) on the backrest supporting tube (86) with four fl at washers (66) and four spring washers (11) and four bolts (13).

Step 6: Mount the Console and connect the Unit to the Power Supply Connect the cables (41 & 46) of the handlebar post tube (10) to the cables of the console (8). Place the console (8) on the handlebar post tube (10) and mount it with four bolts (87). Tighten the bolts with the tool.

Step 7: Alignment of the Feet If the fl oor is uneven, you can stabilize the equipment by turning the two setting screws under the main frame. Lift the equipment on the desired side and rotate the setting screws under the main frame. Rotate the screws clockwise in order to remove them and to raise the equipment.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS NOTICE Familiarise yourself with all the functions and setting options of the device before starting training. Have the proper use of this product explained to you by a specialist. Always start your training with low intensity and increase evenly and gently. End your training with a cool-down phase.

Programmes The console off ers a variety of programmes. These include the following: Manual (manual training): Program (pre-set training programmes): User Program (user-defi ned training programme): H.R.C. (heart rate controlled training programmes): Watt (Watt-controlled training programme): Recovery (fi tness test) Body Fat (Body fat test)
3.4.1 MANUAL - Manual Programme Select the target programmes (MANUAL) with the encoder and press MODE for confi rmation. Enter load level with the encoder and confi rm with MODE. Enter the time, distance, calories and/or pulse value/s with the encoder and confi rm with MODE. Press START to begin the training.
3.4.4 H.R.C. - Heart Rate Controlled Programmes ⚠ WARNING Your training equipment is not a medical device. The heart rate measurement of this equipment may be inaccurate. Various factors can aff ect the accuracy of the heart rate measurement. The heart rate measurement serves only as a training aid.
3.4.6 RECOVERY - Recovery Heart Rate Status After training, press RECOVERY to calculate your recovery heart rate status. Hold the hand pulse sensors. The console calculates your recovery heart rate status within 60 seconds. The result is displayed as a note between F1 and F6, where F1 is the best and F6 the worst. Press RECOVERY again to return to the main menu.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT General Instructions ⚠ WARNING The storage location should be chosen so that improper use by third parties or children can be prevented. If your equipment does not have transportation wheels, the equipment must be disassembled before transportation. ATTENTION Make sure that the equipment is protected from moisture, dust and dirt in the selected storage location.
TROUBLESHOOTING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE General Instructions ⚠ WARNING Do not make any improper changes to the equipment. ⚠ CAUTION Damaged or worn components may aff ect your safety and the life of the equipment. Therefore, immediately replace damaged or worn components. In such a case, contact the contract partner.
Error Codes and Troubleshooting The electronics of the equipment continuously carries out tests. In case of deviations, an error code appears on the display and normal operation is stopped for your safety. Please contact the contract partner for technical support. Maintenance and Inspection Calendar To avoid damage from body sweat, the equipment must be cleaned with a damp towel (no solvents!) after each training session.
RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES To make your training experience even more effi cient and pleasant, we recommend that you add suiting accessories to your fi tness equipment. For exercise bikes this could for example be a fl oor mat, which makes your fi tness equipment stand more securely and also protects the fl oor from sweat or silicone spray to keep moving parts in good shape.
