    5.2 Installation Procedure Take down the back plate 1. Remove the enclosure first. 2. Loosen the four screws securing the core box to the back plate to separate the wall box from the back plate. Please loosen the M4x45 mm from the screw holes labeled with '1', '2', '3', '4'. Install the back plate 1.

  • Page 11 • Confirm the grid type The following cables comply with the IEC 60446 standard. Cable colors may vary according to different regions. Different grid type supports different wiring methods: TN and TT systems are configured with neutral conductors. IT systems do not have neutral conductors.

  • Page 13 • Confirm the cabling of the communication cable There are two routing methods availavble for the communication cables (Ethernet, RS485, CT): • From top • From bottom • Connect Ethernet cable for networking Daisy chain T568A T568B Router/Switch Please ensure ethernet signal strength not below 100Mbps for every charger and charger work fine.

Attach the core box back to the back plate Connect the RS485 cable of the meter to the port as indicated before attaching the core box to the back plate.

    ROUTINE MAINTENANCE Chargers do not need special maintenance. You are advised to check and clean the enclosure of the charger and accessories such as the charging connector every six months. Check whether the charger and cables are damaged. Use a dry cloth to clean the surface of the charger. Do not spray water directly on the charger. Do not use corrosive cleaners, glass cleaners, or organic solvents.
