Importing with Wide Format Scan Service You can edit image data after importing the documents in the mailbox of the Xerox 6204 machine to the specified folder on your computer.

    Confirming the Xerox 6204 Machine Status and Job Status This feature allows you to confirm machine status and job status from the computer via a web browser, as shown in the next two screen captures. (See the PrintServices on Web online help)

Printing Using BT-PlotAssistant (Optional) You can print using BT-PlotAssistant (as an option to using the Print Driver). BT PlotAssistant must be installed on the computer.

    Confirming Xerox 6204 Printer Status and Job Status 1. Start up the browser and enter the device IP address or Internet address in the browser address field. The machine status is displayed. 2. Select the Job and Log tab. 3. Click Job not completed. The job list is displayed.
