- Page 4 (4) Installation instruction: Step 1:Fasten the left & right bracket(Part J1, J2) separately to the left & right panels (C, D). as shown below. Step 2:Insatll the pre-cut rubber strip on the edge of the left & right panels as illustrated.
- Page 5 Step 3: Insert the hooks through the left & right brackets and tighten using (M6*14) bolts, (M6*18*1.5) washers and (M6) nuts. Step 4:Install the support bracket to thei nner side (the panel) using the illustrated hardware (M6*20 bolts).
- Page 6 Step 5:Install the mounting bracket to the panel using the M6*14 bolt and washers.
- Page 7 Step 6: Assemble the passenger panel with the above steps as illustrated. Step 7: Empty the tailgate compartment and leave enough space ready to install our products. Step 8: Remove the factory hooks. Slide each of the mounting brackets into the floor.
- Page 8 Step 9: Fasten the rear panel to the front of left and right side panels using the M6*14 bolt and nuts.
- Page 9 Step 10: Put the rubber mat into the lide. Install the hooks to the lid using the M6*14 bolt groups.
- Page 10 Step 11: Install the lid by placing it on the enclosure assembly. Put the round spacer in the middle of them and use the M6*20 bolt nuts to assemble them.
- Page 11 Step 12: Adjust the position of each panel and tighten all bolts. Step 13: The installation is complete. We hope you enjoy a wonderful off-road life with this quality product!
