Wall Speakers: First observe the shape of the room: ceiling height, door locations, windows, mounting surface, and seating area. The IMA-240 has two channels of amplified audio, rated for a minimum 4-ohm speaker load (two 8-ohm speakers each, connected in parallel provide 4 ohms impedance). Inside the amplifier is a ground isolating balun that may reduce or eliminate the hum when switched ON.
