    8TRx PROCEDURE After removing the treadmill from the packaging, ensure that the feet (140-3484) are attached to the feet studs (110-3470). Tech Tip: if a foot has fallen off the ball studs, they can be snapped back in place. Ensure that treadmill is in final install location. Level the unit by adjusting feet 140-3484 as needed with a 9/16”...
  • Page 10 715-4490-XX Using a Phillips head screwdriver Remove two 110-4130 screws (110-3450) from the base of the front 110-3450 cap (020-7030-XX), then loosen the 6 screws 110-4269 (110-3450) at the top of the cap and slip the 020-7030-XX cap away from the frame. Route wires from mast weldment (715-4490- XX) towards motor compartment.
  • Page 11 11. Route the cable bundle from the mast through the display weldment (715-4511-XX), then 715-4490-XX install the weldment onto the mast. 12. Use a torque wrench with a 15mm socket to secure the display weldment to the mast using 715-4511-XX four (4) flange head screws (110-4467).

    FIRST TIME SETUP SELECT THE MODEL Press and hold the 1, 2 on the left keypad and the 8 key on the right keypad together A beep will sound and “MAINTENANCE MODE” will display momentarily in the Information Window. Release all keys. System menu will display in the Information Window.

Walk on the moving surface then abruptly stomp and apply pressure with your foot while holding the handrails in attempt to stop the moving surface: If the moving surface does not stop, the tension is appropriate.

    OPERATION LED CONSOLES USING THE CONSOLE QUICK START Key Enables manual operation using a default weight, SPEED and a default time limit. NOTE: Default time and weight are adjustable through Maintenance Mode. STOP Button Press the STOP button to enter pause mode. Workout will be suspended and a countdown timer will begin counting down from 2 minutes.
