    Assembly Step 1 Open Close Unfold the stem and close the quick-release lever until the folding latch reaches the bottom. Make sure the quick release lever is locked firmly when you push the quick release lever down without lifting folding latch. Step 2 Slide the handlebar and the wires into the stem with the headlight facing forward.
