Use the Instrument Only for Its Intended Purpose
This instrument functions as a source measure instrument that sources and measures voltage
and current when an SMU is used in the frame. Use this instrument only for this purpose.
Check the Physical Appearance
Do not use the instrument if there is a problem with its physical appearance.
