You can configure Delphi NAV300 to take TMC information into account when
calculating a route. You can configure this to happen automatically or manually.
If you have configured TMC with manual confirmation, your will receive a screen
with details of the obstruction:

How to charge the unit
To charge the Delphi NAV300, connect it to a 12V power jack. The unit will continue charging even when powered down. By default, it will power on when connected to a 12V power source, but this setting can be changed by turning “Auto Booting” to OFF in the Configuration Settings.
