- Page 7 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS The following instructions use the HSA Mini BTA as an example. You can replace the HSA Mini BTA 2. Place the HSA Riser between the HSA Mini BTA and the bottle cage. with any standard spaced (64mm) BTA mount.
