1.5:1 Ratio Dispensing Set-up

For Reactor 2

1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure located in your Reactor 2 (333024) repair manual.
2. Turn OFF main power switch.
3. Install pump kit (2008652) by following instructions for removing and installing pumps found in the Reactor 2 (333024) manual. Install pump kit on the B side for 1.5:1 dispensing.

NOTE: The A-side pump must remain as the factory E-30 pump/housing installed on the machine.

4. Update the Reactor 2 software to version 4.03.005 or newer. Software token is included with kit 2008652.
5. Enter the set-up menus in the Reactor ADM and select the System tab. Scroll down to Screen 4 to update Cylinder Sizes.
6. To access the field to make the desired changes, press
   
   1. Enable cylinder sizes.
   2. Enter cylinder values for A and B pumps:
      Cylinder A: 51.7 cc
      Cylinder B: 34.3 cc
      
   3. When changes are complete, exit edit mode. To exit edit mode press:
      
   4. Then exit set-up menus and return to the Home screen.

For Reactor 3

1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure located in your Reactor 3 (3A8501) repair manual.
2. Turn OFF main power switch.
3. Install pump kit (2008652) by following instructions for removing and installing pumps found in the Reactor 3 (3A8501) manual. Install pump kit on the B side for 1.5:1 dispensing.

NOTE: The A-side pump must remain as the factory E-30 pump/housing installed on the machine.

4. Update Pump Volume Sizes in the Reactor ADM. To do this, go to the Setup menu.
   
5. Select System.
   

1. Enable Custom Pump Sizes.
   
2. Enter A and B pump volumes:
   Pump A volume: 51.7 cc
   
   Pump B volume: 34.3 cc
   
3. When changes are complete, return to the Home screen.
