NOTICE
Notice to the user and/or patient: any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device must be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is established.

ASSEMBLY

1. Open the package and remove all parts from the bag.
2. Place the washers on the screws.
3. Place the seat on a chair and put the top of the seat facing downwards.
4. Place the seat bars in the slots and insert the short screw into the hole in the centre where the two legs intersect. Secure the screw with the spanner.
5. Fit the remaining screws in the remaining holes. Check that all screws are correctly positioned.

NOTE: use the included spanner to fix the screws. Maximum weight supported: 100 kg.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Clean the product only with soap and water, do not use any chemicals.
• Protect it from unfavorable weather conditions.
• Intended for domestic use, do not use in a humid environment or permanently outdoors if you wish to extend the life of the product.

INDICATIONS

• It is designed for the elderly, patients, the frail and disabled, as a shower chair.
• To be used indoors on a flat, smooth surface.
• Check regularly that all nuts and bolts are tight. And make sure that all four legs are touching the floor at the same level.

TIPS AND PRECAUTIONS

• Unless specified, do not adjust, assemble or disassemble the shower chair with a seated user. Only adjust, assemble or disassemble the chair when the chair is not occupied.
• Do not lean your body out of the chair to prevent it from tipping over.
• Do not change the sitting position when leaning backwards, otherwise the chair may tip over.
• Push the seat from both sides to lift it up. Do not push on one side only.
• After use, wipe the shower stool with a dry cloth. Avoid direct contact with corrosive chemicals.
