Assembly Instructions ② x 8 NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all screws and bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back and fully tighten all screws and bolts. This will make the assembly easier. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.

Assembly Instructions ③ x 11 3. Glue eleven Wood Dowels (3) into the designated holes on the Bottom Panel (E), Skirtings (F and G) and Bottom Middle Support (H). Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels.

Assembly Instructions The cam locks face inward. ① x 4 4. Orient and attach the Bottom Front Skirting (F) to the Bottom Panel (E) by engaging four Cam Locks (1). (Refer to page 2 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).

Assembly Instructions 16. Screw two Floor Levelers (11) into the installed Triangle Metal Plates (10) and set to the correct height.

Assembly Instructions Label location ⑥ x 21 17. Now, go back and securely tighten all the bolts and screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the parts. This will help keep the unit square. 18.

Assembly Instructions 20. Ask for assistance to lift the assembled unit upright and position it near the final location. 21. Insert the Shelf Pins (13) into the desired holes in the sides of each compartment. Make sure you place four shelf pins in the same level to level the shelf. Tilt and rest the Adjustable Shelves (I) onto the Shelf Pins (13) with the end notches of the Shelf fit onto the Shelf Pins properly.

Assembly Instructions x 16 22. Extend two Hinges (L) and rest the hinge cups onto the cutouts of each Door (J). Secure the Hinges (L) in place by using two 15 mm Flat Head Screws (12) in each.

Using the pilot holes as a guide, pick up one Door (J) and attach the extended hinges to the Left Side Panel (B) with eight 15 mm Flat Head Screws (12). Make sure that both door hinges engage and function properly.
