To avoid causing damages to the thread, DO NOT over-tighten the bolts or screws. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.

Using the wood dowels as a guide, orient and attach the Partition Panel (D) to the Back Panels (F and G) by engaging four Large Cam Locks (1) as shown. Turn the cam locks with a Phillips screwdriver until securely locked onto the cam bolts.
  • Page 18 Assembly Instructions ② x 12 18. Securely screw twelve Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on both Side Panels (C and E). Tighten the cam bolts with a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 19 Assembly Instructions ③ x 14 19. Glue the Large Wood Dowels (3) into the designated holes on both Side Panels (C and E) and Crossbar (H and I) as shown. Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe off the excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.
  • Page 20 Assembly Instructions The cam lock housing faces inward. ①x 2 20. Orient and attach two Left Crossbars (H) to the Partition Panel (D) by engaging two Large Cam Locks (1). Turn the cam locks with a Phillips screwdriver until securely locked onto the cam bolts.

Ask for assistance to position the Left Side Panel (C) so that the installed Cam Bolts enter the holes in left edge of the previous assembly. 22. Insert two Large Cam Locks (1) into the large holes in both Left Crossbars (H), making sure that the arrow on the face of cam lock faces out and points towards the holes on the closest end.
