  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions 14 15 The threaded sockets and floor levelers face in the same direction. DO NOT fully tighten the bolts or screws initially until all the bolts or screws are ready to assemble. To avoid causing damages to the thread, DO NOT over-tighten the bolts or screws. 1.
  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions 3. Align and attach the Center Support Foot (O) to the Bottom Frame (M) by using two 15 mm Bolts (13), two Lock Washers (15) and two Flat Washers (16). Tighten the bolts with the hex wrench provided.
  • Page 9 Assembly Instructions ⑤ x 12 4. Using the pilot holes as a guide, align and fasten the assembled Bottom Frame (M) onto the Bottom Panel (B) with twelve 45mm Pan Head Screws (5). Securely tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver (not provided).
  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions ⑦ x 2 ⑧ x 1 5. Turn the previous assembly upright and fasten one Door Stopper (8) to the top of Bottom Panel (B) with two 15 mm Flat Head Screws (7), using the pilot holes as a guide.
  • Page 11 Assembly Instructions ② x 10 6. Securely screw ten Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on both Top Panel (A) and Bottom Panel (B). NOTE: DO NOT overtighten the cam bolts. Screw-in cam bolts must be screwed down flush.
  • Page 12 Assembly Instructions ④ x 4 7. Using the pilot holes as a guide, fasten the Top Reinforcement Tube (L) to the bottom of Top Panel (A) with four 40 mm Pan Head Screws (4). Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver (not provided).
  • Page 13 Assembly Instructions ③ x 12 8. Glue four Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on the Panels (C, D and E). Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe off the excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.

Orient and position both Side Panels (C and E) against the assembled Bottom Panel(B) so that the installed Cam Bolts enter the bottom cam lock housings. 10. Insert four Cam Locks (1) into the large holes in the Side Panels (C and E) making sure that the arrow on the face of cam lock faces out and points towards the holes on the closest end.

Using the wood dowels as a guide, orient and firmly press the Partition Panel (D) to the Bottom Panel (B) as shown. Insert two 45mm Pan Head Screws (5) through the mounting holes on the Bottom Panel (B) and securely screw into the Partition Panel (D) with a Phillips screwdriver (not provided).
  • Page 16 Assembly Instructions ① x 6 12. Align and attach the Top Panel (A) to the Side Panels (C, D and E) by engaging six Cam Locks (1).Turn the Cam Locks (1) with a Phillips screwdriver until securely locked onto the cam bolts.
  • Page 17 Assembly Instructions WARNING Label The adhesive tape faces outward. ⑥ x 26 13. Now, go back and tighten all Cam Locks and Screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the pieces. This will help keep the unit square. 14.

Ask for assistance to lift the assembled unit upright and position it near the final location. 19. Pick up Right Door (G) and attach the installed Door Hinges (P) to the Right Side Panel (E), using the pilot holes as a guide.
  • Page 20 Assembly Instructions H/ I ⑩ x 16 23. With the doors open, insert eight Shelf Pins (10) into the desired holes in the sides of each compartment. Make sure you place four shelf pins in the same level to level the shelf. Tilt and rest the Adjustable Shelves (H and I) onto the Shelf Pins (13) making sure the end notches fit onto the Shelf Pins properly.
