- Page 2 STEP 1 Remove the fireplace support frame from the rear of the mantel. To do this there are 4 wood enscrews each side of the support frame holding it in position. Unscrew all wooden screws using a Philips screwdriver. Carefully slide out the frame, keep support frame in a safe place for reassembly in Step 5, along with the 8 wooden screws.
- Page 3 STEP 3 Two-person assembly is necessary to lift and position the fireplace into the mantel opening. Ensure the fireplace is pushed in fully.
