Before starting the appliance, ensure the air outlet is open to prevent overheating.
Avoid stopping the appliance abruptly by unplugging the power cord. If issues
persist, shut down the machine and unplug the power plug.
Solution
Ensure the plug is firmly connected to a
power socket.
Drain the water from the tank, then place
it back into its correct position.
The appliance is not suitable for e x treme
environments, so it will automatically turn
off – this is normal.
The machine will cool automatically, which
is normal.
There should be about 7.9 inches (20cm)
of space around the product.
Remove dirt from the air inlet and outlet
of the product.
Before connecting the water pipe, ensure
to pull out the grey rubber plug from the
water outlet.
After connecting the water pipe, make
sure that both ends are unobstructed. It is
recommended to keep the water pipe in
an inclined state to aid gravity drainage.
Empty the tank and install it properly into
the appliance.
Push the float down to the lowest position
for the correct float position.
The defrosting process may take 15 - 20
minutes.When the defrosting is complete,
the dehumidifier automatically starts to
continue the dehumidification process.
