Page 8 谷轮涡旋压缩机智能控制模块油位管理谷轮涡旋压缩机智能控制模块油位管理谷轮新一代智能控制模块集成了先进的油位保护和回油管理功能，通过安装在压缩机底部油视镜接口回油电磁阀上的OW4油位传感器，实时监测压缩机中的油位，避免压缩机因缺油而导致的失效；在并联系统或配因谷轮不同平台压缩机设计的差异，以及不同客户制冷系统设计、现场安装和实际应用工况的差异，压置了油分的单机系统中，当电子模块检测到低油位时，回油电磁阀可快速响应，及时向压缩机补充所需缩机的补油频次会不同。目前市面上常规电磁阀大都不能满足油路中的使用要求，因此，谷轮为油路系的润滑油，这在很大程度上保障了整个制冷系统稳定可靠地运行，避免了客户端不必要的成本损失。统开发了一定制款电磁阀。 OW4油位传感器使用霍尔传感器来监测油位，磁性浮子会根据油位的变化改变其位置，霍尔传感器将该阀采用螺纹接口，方便客户维修更换，避免了在油路中焊接管路而引起潜在的安全性问题；该阀通过了磁场变化转换为等效信号，内置的控制板使用该信号生成与油位相关的PWM （脉宽调制）信号。谷轮严苛的可靠性验证，具有IP65高的防护等级和1百万次的使用寿命，大大增强了其在应用中的可靠性。在油路系统中，...
