Causes
The chassis intrusion switch is not
connected to the system board.
Specified fan is missing, faulty, or
improperly installed.

• FAN_HDD — hard-drive fan for
optional fourth hard drive
• FAN_MEM — memory fan
The power supply fan is faulty.
The system cover has been opened.
Specified fan failed before last system
startup.
