    Assembly Note: During installation, loosely secure all screws at first. Tighten them fully only after the treadmill is completely assembled. Step 1: Lift the treadmill out of the cardboard box and place it flat on the ground. Cut the nylon cable ties on both sides of the running platform and chassis.
