Lock Handle Adjustment The locking handle has been pre-adjusted. You can further adjust it to stabilise the column if there is any shaking. Follow these steps: Remove the soft round plug at the lower end of the left column. Insert the hexagonal end of the socket spanner (from the accessory bag) into the hole on the left column to fit with the hexagonal nut.

Column Adjustment The treadmill’s default column height is the lowest setting. Height adjustment is divided into 4 levels (see Figures 7 and 8.) To adjust the height: Open the adjustment handle located at the upper end of the left and right columns. Hold the connection point at the base of the console and gently lift to the desired height.

Walking Pad Function To use the treadmill as a walking pad: Turn off the power. Remove the table by releasing the buckle under it. Fold the left and right small handrails under the console. Remove and store the safety lock. Fold the column and tighten the handle securely (see Figure 11).
Incline Adjustment To increase exercise intensity, you can utilise the incline feature for uphill running. The treadmill operates in flat running mode by default. To use the incline function: Rotate the treadmill and manually adjust the slope of the running platform. Ensure the left and right moving wheels rotate synchronously during this process.

Store Upright Against the Wall This treadmill is designed for upright storage, making it ideal for saving space when not in use for extended periods. To store the treadmill upright: Position the treadmill flat. Gently pull up the left and right support frames located at the front of the main frame. Lift the treadmill upright against the wall, ensuring it stands securely.
Operation Powering On Plug in the power cord and place the ‘Power’ switch in the ‘ON’ position. Once the switch lights up and you hear a beep, the screen will activate. Safety Lock The treadmill operates only when the safety lock is securely placed on the yellow area of the console.
Button Functions Start/Stop: • Press the ‘Start/Stop’ button to start the treadmill. • During operation, press the ‘Start/Stop’ button to stop the treadmill and clear all data. Program: • In standby mode, press the ‘Program’ button to toggle between manual mode and automatic program mode.
