    Safety & Warnings • Read all instructions before use and retain this user guide for future reference. • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

    Assembly Note: • During installation, loosely secure all screws at first. Tighten them fully only after the treadmill is completely assembled. • Ensure the treadmill is completely assembled before connecting to power. Place the machine flat on the ground. Remove the knob following the direction shown in the image below.
  • Page 8 Hold the left and right columns. Use a 6mm hexagonal spanner and x2 M8x25 screws to secure the console frame to the columns. Ensure all screws from the previous steps are tightened, taking care not to clamp the cable with the column. M8x25 Use the knob from step 1 to lock the base and columns.

    Operation Power On Insert the power plug securely and place the red ‘Power’ switch in the ‘on’ position. The treadmill will emit a beep sound, and the screen will illuminate. Power Safety Key • The treadmill will only start when the safety key is placed in the yellow area on the console.

The screen will display ‘1.0 km/h,’ and the treadmill will start operating. • Press the ‘Stop’ button while the treadmill is running. This will clear all data, gradually bring the treadmill to a complete stop, and return it to manual mode.
