To obtain and maintain authorization to provide warranty and post-warranty
service, an ASF (Authorized Service Facility) must have at least one employee
certified to service the Color imageCLASS MF8580Cdw.

A. Training Program Overview
Technicians who successfully complete the imageCLASS MF8350Cdn CBT
(Computer Based Training) course are authorized to service and support the
Color imageCLASS MF8580Cdw.
The imageCLASS MF8350Cdn CBT (Computer Based Training) course is
available via the TRAINING section of the
Center Web site.
B. Certification
It is recommended that a technician successfully complete the imageCLASS
MF8350Cdn CBT course to receive certification to service the machine.
C. Who Should Complete
All service technicians responsible for servicing and supporting the Color
imageCLASS MF8580Cdw machine should successfully complete the
imageCLASS MF8350Cdn CBT course.
