Working from the side, slip
air intake 2 into mount 3
and the guides on the air
filter box. Make sure that
the air filter is not squashed
inside the air filter box.
Push in retaining clips 1.
The retaining clips engage
with an audible click.
Check that the throttle-valve
cable is seated in the guide
of the intake arrow and that
the throttle valve is seated
against the stop.
Install right side panel with
screws 2.
Install intake guard with
screw 1, making sure the
guard is correctly seated.
Checking ease of move-
ment of footbrake lever
Make sure the ground is
level and firm and place the
motorcycle on its stand.
