Replacing parking-light
bulb
If it is not standing firmly,
the motorcycle could topple
in the course of the operations
described below.
Always make sure that the
motorcycle is stable and firmly
supported.
Make sure the ground is level
and firm and place the motor-
cycle on its stand.
Switch off the ignition.
Disconnect plug 1.
Remove rubber cap 2.
The rubber cap encloses
and forms a seal around
the wiring for the parking light.
Consequently, the rubber cap
cannot be removed.
Pull parking-light socket 3 out
of the headlight housing.
Pull the bulb out of the bulb
socket.
