The following descriptions can help familiarize you with some of
the components of your package.
Cradle/Charger
The cradle provides a link between your handheld and your
computer, so that you can use the desktop software that is included
in your package. The serial port on the bottom of the handheld fits
into the prongs of the cradle. You must connect the cradle to your
computer to use the desktop software.
The cradle is used to recharge the handheld battery. Your handheld
contains an external rechargeable lithium battery. Exact battery life
depends on factors such as usage and quality of wireless coverage.
Note: If you want to only charge your handheld and do not want to use
the desktop software, you do not need to connect the cradle to your
computer.

Power adapter

The power adapter connects to the cradle's serial port connector to
charge the handheld battery. An attachment piece can be connected
to the power adapter for use in North America.
Travel charger
You can use the travel charger to recharge your handheld battery,
when you are away from your computer. The travel charger
connects directly to the serial port on the bottom of the handheld
