CROPPING THE IMAGE

Trim the unwanted portions of an image.
Click the Selection Tool on the tool palette.

• The mouse pointer changes to a cross.
Select the portion of the image you wish to crop by dragging the cur-

sor across the image.
• The selected area is bordered with a dotted line.
On the Image menu, click Cut.

• The selected portion of the image is cut.
NOTE:
To cancel changes made in this manner, click
Undo on the Edit menu. This function can be
used to undo a series of operations (only the
most recent operation for Macintosh). The
number of operations which can be undone
varies with the amount of memory on your
computer.
