SUPERIMPOSING TEXT

Superimpose text onto an image.
Click the Text Tool button on the Tool Palette.

• The mouse pointer changes to the Text Tool pointer.

Move the Text Tool pointer to the desired location, and click.

• A text box opens.
Input text from the keyboard.

• Macintosh users can ignore step 4, then proceed directly to step 5.
Click anywhere outside the text box.

• The text input is finalised, and the border of the text box is highlighted in diagonal
lines.
• Click inside the text box to revise the text.
• If the border of the text box disappears when the mouse is double-clicked, click
Undo on the Edit menu to redisplay the text box border.
