ADDING AUDIO TO A SLIDE

Add audio to image files for use in slideshows. Macintosh users can use audio
added in the Viewer Panel in Slideshows.
Click the microphone icon shown in the upper right quarter of the

image file to which you wish to add audio. Next, click Record on the
pop-up menu that opens.
• The Record dialog box opens.
Click the Record button " " to begin recording audio data.

Use the built-in microphone, or a microphone connected to the sound
board to record audio data.
• The maximum amount of time which can be recorded depends on how much
memory your computer has; the elapsed recording time will appear in the progress
bar of the Record dialog box.
• Click the Stop button "
• Click the Play button "
• Re-record as many times as necessary until you are satisfied.
SLIDESHOWS
Click and hold on the microphone icon.
