- Page 5 Place the upper cross leg (E) on the top of lower cross leg (D).Then attach the holder pole (F) to the cross legs, insert the bolts (B) and washers by wrench (G). Adjust the holder pole (F) to be sure that it is positioned correctly on the base and tighten the bolts.
