    D. Position and Level 1. Move the SteamCraft into position. 2. Using a level, adjust the legs of the 21CET or the legs of the Cleveland Range stand until the 21CET is level front-to-back and side-to-side. E. Install the Slide Racks Each rack has four loops: two at the top and two at the bottom.

Check the quality of supply water as described below before starting construction of the water supply lines. If a water treatment system must be installed to achieve acceptable water quality, install it before connecting the water supply lines to the steamer.

    If the steamer door is stuck shut: • Turn OFF the steamer. • Call a qualified Cleveland Range authorized service technician. • Wait for the steamer to cool before servicing. ⚠ CAUTION Some food drips juices. Use a solid catch pan under perforated pans when cooking food that drips juices.
