Locate parts and tools: Head rest, head rest
attachment bracket, 2 screws, Phillips head screw
driver, and safety knife. Note: The screws may
already be in the attachment bracket.

Remove the cover on the attachment bracket.

Use the blade of the safety knife to carefully
remove the cover on the back of the chair.

Set the cover aside, you will need to put it back on
the bracket after installing the head rest.

Line up the attachment bracket with the holes on
the back of the chair. The long part of the bracket
should be toward the floor. If the screws are not
already in the bracket insert them now.
