Before starting the ActiveSync installation, ensure that you have
Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer. If you don't have Outlook,
you can install Outlook 2002 from the Companion CD. If you have Outlook
98 or Outlook 2000 installed, you are encouraged to update to Outlook
2002. You should install Outlook 2002 before starting the ActiveSync
installation.
1. Connect your computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

Do not connect your MobilePro and cradle to the computer until
ActiveSync is installed.
2. Power on your computer and monitor.
Insert the Companion CD into the CD-ROM drive of your computer.
