    FOREWORD This installation manual is intended for installation personnel and users of WD500 washer disinfectors. The user manual describes the design and operation of the machine and the maintenance for which the user is responsible. The purpose of the information in the manual is to ensure safe operation and optimum efficiency.

    SAFETY This machine has been designed with a number of built-in safety devices. To avoid injury, it is highly important not to bypass or disable these safety devices. These safety devices may fail to perform as expected if the operation instructions are not followed. Operator and maintenance personnel shall be trained on the safety of machine before start working.

    Ventilation recommendation If the machine has cover plate at the top, ventilation adaptation shall be connected to separate fresh air delivery pipe to ensure good ventilation. If possible, the fresh air shall be in temperature ranging from 20° C to 25° C and not exceeding 40° C at most. If no ventilation installed, the machine repeatedly absorbs waste air exhausted by the machine, which cause damage to components due to accumulated high temperature and humidity.
