  • Page 7 Video Instruction: bit.ly/nlrbuild USING NLR LITE SERIES T-JUNCTIONS Do not adjust the T-Junctions while user is sitting in Cockpit, make sure user is out of the Cockpit before adjusting. LOOSEN TIGHTEN TO OPEN TO CLOSE Ensure the T-Junctions are fully tightened Make sure the hubs are tightened fully before using the Cockpit.
  • Page 8 support@nextlevelracing.com Repeat on Other Side A) Uninstall the bolts and nuts from the main Frame Assembly. B) Install the Back Leg, ensuring the bolt holes align. Secure using previously removed hardware. Repeat on Other Side A) Uninstall the bolts and nuts from the Pedal Frame Assembly. B) Install the Front Leg, ensuring the bolt holes align.
  • Page 9 Video Instruction: bit.ly/nlrbuild NOTE: Ensure the Pedal Frame Assembly is attached before the Wheel Frame Assembly for proper ergonomics. Open all the T-Junctions. Slide the Pedal and Wheel Assemblies onto the Main Frame. Tighten the T-Knobs to secure them in position. WHEEL PLATE - ANGLE ADJUSTMENT Loosen the Large Knob under the Wheel Plate, adjust to the desired angle, and tighten to lock the Wheel Plate in place.
  • Page 10 support@nextlevelracing.com PEDAL/WHEEL - DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT To adjust the Pedal Frame Assembly/Wheel Frame Assembly distance, loosen the necessary T-Junctions. Slide the assembly to the desired position and tighten the T-Junctions. PEDAL PLATE - DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT Loosen all the Pedal Plate T-Knobs. Slide the pedal plates to the desired position, then tighten the T-Knobs to secure them.

    Video Instruction: bit.ly/nlrbuild BACKREST - ANGLE ADJUSTMENT Repeat on Other Side NOTE: Lower angles for taller users and higher angle for shorter users. Pull the Locking Pins from the Backrest Adjustment Bracket. Adjust the Backrest to the desired position, then reinsert the Locking Pins, ensuring they are visible through the entire Adjustment Bracket.

Repeat for the Wheel Assembly, moving it to the front of the Frame. B) Loosen the large knob under the Wheel Plate to tilt it forward, then tighten to lock it in place.
