Veiligheidsinstructies Volg de instructies op voordat u de heftafel gebruikt. • Draag oogbescherming die voldoet aan de OSHA- en ANSI Z87.1-normen. • Alleen gekwalificeerd personeel mag inspecties en reparaties aan deze lift • uitvoeren. • Voordat u de lift gebruikt, moet u de lift inspecteren op krommingen, scheuren, deuken, langwerpige gaten of ontbrekende hardware.
  • Page 6 Uitpakken Maak de verpakking zorgvuldig open. Installeer de hefhendel in de lasverbinding van het basisframe en zet deze op zijn plaats vast met splitpenloze trekpennen. Verwijder de houten blokken rond de zwenkwielen. Rol de lift voorzichtig van de transportpallet op de vloer. Hydraulische pomp klaar maken voor gebruik.
  • Page 7 Functie voor glijdend verlengstuk van platform Knip de transportband door. Trek de pen (aan de zijkant van het platform) uit om het platform uit te breiden door aan de hendel te trekken. Er zijn drie pengaten aan de platformzijde, de pen kan automatisch in alle pengaten worden gestoken en vastgezet worden in drie standen door middel van de pin.
  • Page 8 WAARSCHUWING: Om persoonlijk letsel of schade aan de heftafel te voorkomen: • Zet de componenten altijd vast aan het platform met bouten en/of rie- men. • Breng de hefbrug niet omhoog of omlaag als het platform is uitgeklapt. • Gebruik de tafel handgreep (die zich op het schuifplatform bevindt) niet om de hele lift te verplaatsen.
  • Page 9 Preventief onderhoud OPMERKING: 1 cyclus = 1 volledige heffing en verlaging van het hefplatform. Elke 300 cycli of 6 maanden, wat zich het eerst voordoet: A. Hydraulische cilinder • Inspecteer op lekkage van hydraulische vloeistof. • Enige olieophoping op de cilinderstang is normaal en gewenst voor een goede werking van de unit.
  • Page 10 B. Het pomp reservoir bijvullen Als er extra vloeistof aan het reservoir moet worden toegevoegd, gebruik dan alleen hydraulische vloeistof (Falco hydraulische olie CH32). Reinig het hele gebied rond de vulplug voordat u vloeistof aan het reservoir toevoegt. Verwijder de vuldop en plaats een schone trechter met filter. De cilinder moet volledig zijn ingetrokken en de luchttoevoer moet worden los- gekoppeld wanneer vloeistof aan het reservoir wordt toegevoegd.

Safety Instructions Follow the instructions before using the lift table. • Wear eye protection that meets OSHA and ANSI Z87.1 standards. • Only qualified personnel should perform inspections and repairs on this lift • .Before using the lift, inspect the lift for bends, cracks, dents, elongated holes, or missing hardware.
  • Page 23 Unpacking Open the package carefully. Install the lift handle into the base frame weld joint and secure it in place with cotterless clevis pins. Remove the wooden blocks around the casters. Carefully roll the lift off the transport pallet onto the floor. Prepare the hydraulic pump for use.
  • Page 24 Platform Sliding Extension Feature Cut the conveyor. Pull out the pin (on the side of the platform) to extend the platform by pulling the handle. There are three pin holes on the platform side, the pin can be automatically inserted into all pin holes and fixed in three positions by means of the pin.

  • Page 26 Check hydraulic fluid level. • The fluid level should be 12.7mm (12.7mm) from the fill/bleed cap with the cylinder retracted. If necessary, top up with Falco hydraulic oil CH32 (P/N 9637) through this port. • Check pump reservoir for leaks due to reservoir damage.
  • Page 27 If additional fluid must be added to the reservoir, use only hydraulic fluid (Falco hydraulic oil CH32). Clean the entire area around the fill plug before adding fluid to the reservoir. Remove the filler cap and insert a clean funnel with filter.
