Lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage, vérifiez si toutes les pièces sont complètes et s'il y a des dommages de transport. S'il y a des pièces manquantes et/ou endommagées, veuillez contacter immédiatement votre point de vente Falco. 1. Pour remplir le système hydraulique, les bras du pont doivent être dans la position la plus basse. 2. Remplissez le réservoir d'huile hydraulique, utilisez uniquement de l'huile hydraulique Falco CH32V. Vérifiez le niveau d'huile pendant le remplissage, le niveau doit atteindre le repère supérieur (MAX) du réservoir. -

Service Le pont élévateur à 1 colonne peut être utilisé pour soulever des véhicules jusqu'à un poids maximum de 2500 kg, afin que l'entretien et les réparations puissent être effectués sur la voiture. Préparation Conduisez la voiture sur les rampes du pont, assurez-vous que le centre de gravité est égal à la colonne et placez les bras télescopiques sous le train de roulement. -

When opening the package, check if all parts are complete and that there is no shipping damage, in case of missing or damaged parts, please immediately contact your Falco retailer. 1. Before filling the hydraulic system, the lift needs to be in the lowest possible position. 2. Fill the oil tank with hydraulic oil, use only Falco CH32V hydraulic oil. Check the oil level during filling, the level should reach the upper stripe (MAX) on the oil dipstick/filler cap. -

5. Operation The 1-post lift can be used to lift vehicles up to a maximum weight of 2500kg, this way maintenance and repairs can be carried out on the vehicle. In case of uncertainties or deformation, the 2-post lift has to be taken out of use immediately. Broken parts may only be replaced by original Falco-parts, this may only be done by specialized mechanics. Failure to heed these instructions may invalidate the warranty. -

Kontrollieren Sie an Hand der Teileliste sofort nach Lieferung ob alle Teile Komplet und ohne Transportschaden geliefert sind. Wir bitten Sie bei Transportschaden oder fehlenden Teilen sofort ihre Falco Verkaufsstelle zu informieren. Installation 1. Stellen Sie den Hubwagen (12) unter die Basis (1), entfernen Sie den Pumpstift und platzieren Sie die Kugel (15) auf der Kolbenstange des Hubwagens (siehe Abb.1). - Page 37 8. Montieren Sie die Pumpe (28) mit den 4 M8 Bolzen (68), Ø8 Muttern (69) und M8 Sicherungsmuttern (70) an die Säule (27)(siehe Abb.8). 9. Montieren Sie nun die Kniekupplung (41) an die Pumpe (28), drehen Sie diese in die Pumpe. Folgend sichern Sie die Kupplung mit der Sechskantmutter (siehe Abb.9).

Montieren Sie jetzt die Verriegelungpins (123) in den Hebekörper (93), legen Sie die Feder (88) über den Stift (123) und führen Sie diesen von unten durch die entsprechende Aussparung im Hubkörper (siehe Abb.16+17). 17. Legen Sie folgend den Sicherungsring (91) über den Stift in die entsprechende Aussparung und drehen Sie dann den Knopf (92) auf den Stift (siehe Abb.17).

1. Zum Füllen des hydraulischen Systems bringen Sie den Arm der Brücke in Tiefst Position. 2. Füllen Sie das Reservoir mit CH32V Hydrauliköl. Verwenden Sie bei diesem Gerät bitte nur Falco CH32V Hydrauliköl. Überprüfen Sie währen dem füllen den Ölstand. Der Ölstand muss bis zu dem oberen (MAX) Strich reichen. -

4. Lassen Sie den Hebebühne zweimal völlig heben und senken. 5. Bedienung Eine Falco Einzelständer Hubbrücke ist hergestellt zum hebezweck von Fahrzeugen. Die gehobene Position ermöglicht Ihnen sicheres Arbeiten an dem unteren Bereich eines Fahrzeuges. Es ist, aus Sicherheitsgründen, strengstens untersagt Personen mit der Brücke zu heben! Die maximale Belastung dieser Falco Einzelständer Hubbrücke beträgt 2500kg. -

Fahren Sie die Brücke komplett runter und vergewissern sie sich ob ausreichend Öl in dem Öltank vorhanden ist. Der Öltank muss minimal 80% voll sein! Stellen Sie ein komplexes Problem fest, kontaktieren Sie Ihren Falco Lieferanten. Dieser ist Ihnen jederzeit behilflich um sicheres Arbeiten zu garantieren. -

6. Sicherheitsvorrichtung Sperr-Mechanismus BITTE BEACHTEN! Vergewissern Sie sich vor jedem Gebrauch, dass der Verriegelungsmechanismus ordnungsgemäß funktioniert.
